Dashboard

Use your personal dashboard to review work, attendance, leave, approvals, events, and common employee requests.

The Dashboard is the personal home page for an employee. It summarizes information involving you and provides shortcuts for everyday employee self-service actions. It does not require a separate module permission.

Personalize the dashboard

Select Rearrange Dashboard to change the dashboard layout. All functional widgets can be moved and resized so you can give frequently used information more space. The Good Evening, Your Name! greeting widget is fixed and cannot be moved or resized.

The dashboard remembers the layout made available to your account. The information inside a widget still depends on your employee data, team involvement, and the organization features in use.

Create a new request

Select New Request at the top-right of the page to start a common self-service workflow without leaving the dashboard.

Pending Approvals

Pending Approvals contains requests that require a decision from you because of your manager or approver relationship. The count beside the widget title is the total number awaiting action.

Use the request-type filters to focus on Leave, WFH, Reimbursement, CPL/comp off, or Attendance requests. Review the request details before using the approve or reject action. Select All to return to the complete queue.

Balances are calculated from your assigned leave policies, accruals, adjustments, and approved leave.
