Documents, Reports, and Automation
Keep files organized, produce reports, communicate updates, and automate recurring work.
In Documents, create folders with name, parent folder, owner, visibility, and description; upload files with name, type, file, dates, visibility, tags, and notes. Document templates use template name/type, title, rich content, dynamic variables, signatory, effective/expiry dates, and access/assignment. Reports use report/template name, module or data source, columns, filters, grouping, sorting, schedule, recipients, and export format. Announcements use title, message, audience, publish/expiry dates, attachment, and status. In Automations, choose a workflow name, trigger, conditions, actions, action recipients/values, delay where available, active status, and test/publish state. Integrations, webhooks, and API keys expose connection name/provider, credentials, event selection, callback URL, secret/scopes, and enabled status; treat all credentials as sensitive.
